Time Flies!!

I can't believe how quickly time flies. A couple of days ago I ate lunch at our local elementary school with my 4 kindergarten kids, my 4 yr. old grandson and my 26 yr. old son. It seems like yesterday that I was eating there with my two oldest kids... 26 and 24 yr. now. I look back on these years with a great sense of pride as well as sadness. Those years went by so fast and now with 4 kindergarten kids...two of which are fosterchildren and the other two our adopted son and daughter, I sometimes wish that I had more time to spend with all of them. I am currently a stay-at-home mom, but I don't stay-at-home very much these days. With dr. appts and school meetings and activities, dance classes, projects, church, etc, etc, there's very little time to stay at home for anything. But you, know what, I guess this is what I am supposed to do! I feel so fulfilled, so happy and so blessed to have so many things going on in my life and to have the children that I have in my life. At church this morning, our preacher explained that nothing surprises God...He knows everything that has happened, is happening and will happen to us...all we have to do is wait and respond the way that He wants us to. So today...I plan to sit back and wait to see what God has in store for m e today!
